Precix offers support by e-mail, phone and fax.

As a first step with any communication, please complete our Support Request Form. It will allow our technicians to work with you more effectively. You can submit this form on the web or by fax at +1-604-513-0410.

One of our technicians will contact you within 24 business hours.

You can also e-mail your questions to support@precix.com.

If you know the part number that you would like to order, you can send us an e-mail at support@precix.com or fax us your Purchase Order at 1-604-513-0410. Please include the above information about your table, as well as your e-mail address.

Precix hours of operation are between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm PST, Monday to Friday.

For customers whom the warranty period has expired Precix offers two service options; per incident technical support and a contract technical support. Per indicent coverage is available for the cost of $150 USD and covers all telephone, email and fax support required to remedy one technical support claim. Precix also offers a contract technical support service which covers all telephone, email, and fax support for all support claims for a period of one year, for the cost of $1000 USD per year (within acceptable use guidelines).

Parts, shipping, handling, and on-site labour are NOT covered in the above technical support agreements.

Small parts sales carry a minimum purchase of $50 USD excluding the cost of shipping and handling.
